EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary.
Therefore, we have established the following exchange policy:
- Eligibility: We accept exchanges of unworn and unused items within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Exclusions: We do not accept exchanges for customized or made-to-order items, items that have been worn or used, or items purchased during a sale or clearance event.
- Procedure: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once the exchange is authorized, we will send you a return label via email. You can then send the item back to us using the provided label.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping cost of the item you wish to exchange, but we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
- Replacement: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange policy criteria. If everything is in order, we will issue a replacement item and send you a confirmation email with the tracking information.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for exchanged items. If you wish to return an item for a refund, please refer to our separate refund policy.
